We have a LinkedIn Group for RochesterGrowth that we hope to use as a forum and communications tool for business founders and owners in our area. If you’re not familiar with LinkedIn it is a kind of social network for business. So what is the value in that?

For one thing, this is a great way to find talent, especially talent that may not be in the job hunt. And you may not need a recruiter. There’s no cost involved.
